The archive at the Baltimore Museum of Industry holds more than 700 collections representing businesses and industries throughout Maryland.  The types of materials in these company records include: photographs taken of the business, factory or workshops as well as company employees working at their jobs; company records including correspondence, ledgers, financials, customer accounts (no payroll records please); employee and company newsletters; marketing and collateral materials; accounts of company histories; anniversary publications; and trade literature.  Consider donating to the archives, and help to preserve local industrial heritage and legacy.
