This edition of the Industry Social Club invites professionals, athletes, and community leaders to explore how sports drive opportunity, inspire future generations, and impact who gets access to spaces and resources. Through thoughtful conversation and shared experiences, we’ll examine how sports can strengthen communities, fuel innovation, and help build a more inclusive and competitive city.

Industry Social Club is a free, monthly, after-hours program for local professionals, creatives, and influencers in various industries to cultivate connections that drive success. Topics examine contemporary trends in industry, both locally and nationally. The series explores industries as diverse as fashion and textiles, hospitality, healthcare, and LGBTQIA+ in the workforce, embracing a diverse spectrum of talents and backgrounds. Reeta Hubbard is a Baltimore sports media analyst known as “The NFL Chick.” A former 105.7 The Fan radio personality, she now co-hosts Project Gameday on PressBox Online with Glenn Clark and hosts the podcasts Gridiron Gals and The Glenn and Reeta Podcast.

A Baltimore native, Hubbard’s career spans Fox 1370, WBAL Radio, the Baltimore Ravens, and Peacock’s Brother From Another. Raised at Memorial Stadium cheering for the Orioles, she embraced the Ravens upon their arrival in 1996.

Will Walker is a Baltimore transplant, originally from Cleveland, OH. Will found his way to Charm City upon attending the national treasure Morgan State University where he attained his B.S. and M.E. in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In his personal time Will thrives as a loving dad, partner and also as an aspiring Chef, who loves to cook for friends and show off his skills by doing local pop-ups. When he’s not trying to save the world he loves to stay grounded by spending his free time running and gardening.
