During this month’s panel we look forward to exploring how tech is shaping what comes next for our city. Join us for networking, discussion and community-building. We’ll hear from Baltimore-area professionals who are growing opportunities, solving real-world problems, and defining what it means to work in tech in our city.
Industry Social Club is a free, monthly, after-hours program for local professionals, creatives, and influencers in various industries to cultivate connections that drive success. Topics examine contemporary trends in industry, both locally and nationally. The series explores industries as diverse as fashion and textiles, hospitality, healthcare, and LGBTQIA+ in the workforce, embracing a diverse spectrum of talents and backgrounds. Michael Ogunsanya
Co-Host, Why Yall Working
Michael Ogunsanya is an exited entrepreneur, DOI Awardee, podcast host, and business advisor. He co-founded and led MindStand Technologies, an AI startup building equitable workplace analytics tools, and successfully exited in 2022. Michael now serves as a Technical Business Analyst at T. Rowe Price, supporting product development.

Lo Smith
Executive Director, Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition
Lo Smith (they/them) serves as the Executive Director of the Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition, where they lead efforts to connect community members, and organizations and strive for a shared vision of low-cost, high-speed internet access, digital skills education, and appropriate digital devices available to all Baltimoreans.

Brittany Young
Founder, B-360
Brittany is a retired engineer, educator, Baltimore native, and the Founder of B-360; an organization that utilizes dirt bike culture to end the cycle of poverty, disrupt the prison pipeline, and build bridges in communities. Through STEM education, community engagement, and a workforce pipeline, the organization is changing the perception of engineers and dirt bike riders.
