The BMI is excited to partner with the Walters Art Museum and American Visionary Art Museum for two days of guided programs in early 2023. Join other homeschoolers from the greater Baltimore area to participate in our award-winning, guided programs. Registration must be done in advance.

Thursday, February 23rd – BMI and Walters Art Museum
Start the day at the Baltimore Museum of Industry at 10:00AM and participate in our Little Gears: Put a Lid on It activity. Head to the Walters at 1:00 PM and apply an artist’s mindset to your own life through a hands-on art making activity. Space will be available at the BMI between the morning and afternoon programs for a bagged lunch.
Wednesday, March 22nd – BMI and American Visionary Art Museum
Start the day at the BMI at 10:00AM and participate in our Lights On activity for K-2nd grade or Needles and Thread activity for 3rd-8th grade. Head to AVAM at 1:00 PM to explore their newest exhibition “Abundance: Too Much, Too Little, Just Right” and join their Beaded Beast hands-on art workshop. Space will be available at the BMI between the morning and afternoon programs for a bagged lunch.
