We are pleased to offer you the following list of Preferred Member Caterers.  Only a Preferred Member Caterer may provide food, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage service at the Baltimore Museum of Industry.

Caterer’s Responsibility

Caterers are responsible for moving, setting up and breaking down all tables, chairs, buffets and bars.  They must be adequately staffed to clean the event and catering area.  They must provide their own cleaning materials, brooms, mops, rags and heavy duty garbage bags.

We understand that clients would like to use caterers who are not on our list.  You may do so however, a $500.00 non-preferred catering fee and a $100.00 dumpster fee will be charged to your bill.  In addition, your caterer must be approved by the BMI, and must supply us with a copy of their Maryland Catering License and Liquor License.
